Your display name and email (if you choose to make them visible) may appear within your app profile or settings screen for your own reference and customization.

User-Generated Content
We store the journal entries, workbooks, prompts, or other notes you create within the app.

Purchase Information
In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which works with Apple App Store and Google Play payment systems. Payment details are handled securely by those platforms and are not stored on our servers.

Optional Analytics (if enabled)
We may use Firebase Analytics to understand general app performance and usage patterns. This data is aggregated and not linked to your personal identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Authenticate your account and display your profile information (such as your name or email) for personalization within the app.
  • Enable and maintain app features (for example, background meditation audio).
  • Store and display your journal or workbook entries.
  • Manage and verify access to paid content and subscriptions.
  • Improve app performance, user experience, and feature reliability.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Weave of Cosmos offers paid content and subscription-based features managed through RevenueCat, which integrates with Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems.

When you make a purchase or subscribe, your payment and billing information are processed securely by the respective app store.
We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

RevenueCat receives information about your purchase history (for example, active subscriptions or one-time unlocks) to verify your access to paid features.
This data may include your user identifier, purchase receipt, and product identifiers, but it does not include any financial details.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions directly through:

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your user-generated content and account information are stored on secure Firebase servers.
If you choose to delete your account, all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

6. Media and Content Attribution

We acknowledge these sources and ensure all assets comply with their respective licensing terms.

7. Your Rights and Choices

  • You can delete your account at any time, which removes all stored data.
  • You can choose not to sign in with Google or Apple (guest access may be limited).
  • You can disable analytics collection (if enabled) in your device settings.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions directly through the relevant app store.
  • You can opt out of background audio features if preferred.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

For users in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws:
