During this short online workshop we will navigate ways to feel, heal and connect with the chakra system; bring about higher vibration in the centres and heightened awareness to the process of living in alignment with each of these centres.

The course is suited to: beginners and intermediate knowledge holders, spiritual life seekers and those looking to go deeper within to heal.

Each 2 hour session begins with centering and balancing our energies.

Followed by discussion on the principles + symptoms of the chakra for the week. After which you will go into meditative healing spaces, and a Q+A session to end!

Experiential learning through guided connection to the chakra.

Please note the workbooks are intended to help you integrate the work, should you have trouble with the integration it is your responsibility to hold space and unpack. We cannot unpack ourselves fully in this workshop as a group, you will need to stay committed to the tasks, workbooks and self care to get the most out of this experience.**
